Maria has helped us purchase 2 separate tracks of land, one on the Rio Grande River the 2nd at the base of Mt. Blanca. She also negotiated in our behalf for a couple of different houses. Unfortunately one deal fell through because the owner suddenly started adding additional demands to the contract, the second when the inspection showed major problems that the owner (bank) did not want to fix. In both instances Maria worked very hard to protect us with calls back and forth to the owners to try to get the deals worked out. Since neither did there is still more work ahead for her as we try to find a home that meets all of our needs for our foster home. Maria never complains and has no problem negotiating the price we give her that we are willing to pay. Maria is very good to work with; she will do the best she can to take care of getting you the best deal possibly. (less)

I live in Texas but owned a property in Colorado. Maria contacted me quickly when I sent a message stating my interest to list the property. Right away I could tell she knew the area well and was going to be very helpful. Soon I received the paperwork to get the listing going, and next thing I knew it was online. She took excellent pictures and described the property well. During the process, she was quick to contact me via phone and email when there was interest, and during the slower winter months she touched base to let me know she was still working it. When the snow melted, things began to roll again, and I was getting multiple interested parties. One made it to the closing table but fell through. The whole time she stayed in touch to keep me up to date. About a week later, we received another offer and the deal was closed within 2 weeks. Maria made the process easier than I could have ever imagined, and I would use her again or recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone looking for an excellent broker. Thanks for everything, Maria!!!!
